Alright competitors, the power is up for grabs! This is "What?"
BUT FIRST! Will was given the chance to open Pandora's Box last week and he opened it to have the ability to compete in this week's HOH competition.
In each round, you will be presented with a gif containing scrolling letters. These letters form a phrase. The phrase is in backwards order in the letters. For instance, if you saw the letters NEHCEILUJ flash by, the answer would be JULIE CHEN. Keep in mind that the letters will start a random point in the phrase.
Let's get going.

It was Diary Room. James got it and eliminated Brian.
